Custom prop requirements:
- The minimum custom prop order is $60
- Artwork is to be provided by client
- We may create artwork for a fee if this service is required. Fee is based on complexity of the artwork
- Custom props are made on 3mm pvc unless otherwise requested by the client or suggested by our team
- Props made on 6mm PVC have an additional fee
- Shipping is additional. Final shipping quote will be provided prior to beginning of job
- Custom props are ready to ship within 2 weeks, though much faster timeframes are usually the case
- Promotions are not applicable to custom items unless otherwise indicated
- All custom prop orders must be paid in advance
- There is no refunds or returns on custom orders
- Shipping is not included
