Ordering Instructions:

1. Select quantity of pieces from the drop down menu above. Each piece is for a DOUBLE SIDED backdrop. Alternatively, write “custom” for custom designs or step and repeat backdrops.
2. Add the design model numbers in the space provided (2 model numbers per piece). Select model numbers from our design catalog found [ here ].
3. Check the hardware stand addon checkbox if you require a stand.
4. Add to cart & continue shopping or checkout.

• We cannot provide returns or refunds for custom items or for incorrectly submitted orders
• PLEASE make sure you know the exact measurement of you stand and select the correct option above. If in doubt, please physically measure your stand

Production and shipping times:

• Although often much faster, production time is up to 4 business days after your approval of artwork proofs
• Although often much faster, transit times within the USA is 5 – 7 days & up to 10 days for international orders
• Rush orders available upon request for an additional fee

Import Taxes, Fees & Duty Charges:

• Tension fabric backdrops, stands and all related items are considered imports by your country of residence. Client is responsible for taxes, fees or other duty charges as applicable in your country

Custom Artwork & Step and Repeats:

• You may submit your own artwork. Please make it fullsize at 125 dpi CMYK .jpeg
• We can assist you in creating a step and repeat style backdrop for free if it is a simple design, or for a modest design fee for more complicate jobs or revisions. Please send us your order number together with up to 4 HIGH RESOLUTION logos. Logos MUST be in high resolution and preferably with transparent background. If required, our associates will send you a payment request link prior to designing for additional design time.
