How long has PropTrunk.com been in business?

PropTrunk.com is going into its 6th year in business! and looking forward to many more.

What items can I get at PropTrunk.com?

Back in 2012, PropTrunk.com began selling props to photo booth businesses all across the world. We have since expanded our product line to include backdrops, backdrops stands, promotional & expo displays, photography accessories like envelopes and frames, table covers and more. We’ll even get hard to find items! Just contact us with details.

Do you match pricing from other vendors?

Match a price, you ask? We’ll Beat Their Price! Drop us a line with information of what  you are looking to purchase together with our competitors advertised price. We will do all in our power to offer you a better price for the same or comparable item.

How can I contact PropTrunk.com?

As an online e-commerce website, we prefer online communications. This also allows us to have a record of inquiries. And, to make sure we are always accesible, we have set up various channels you may use to contact our team. Which forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards & PayPal payments through our website. PayPal is our exclusive payment processor. You may finalize your order with a credit card if you do not have a paypal account, or, alternatively, you may log in to your PayPal account when prompted and pay with your PayPal funds.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We sell various products with various shipping requirements.

Props are normally in stock and shipped the same or next business day. On occasions, specially during BIG promotions, we may publish an item that is currently out of stock or in back-order so that clients can take advantage of the promotion. If this is the case, you will find a note on the items detail page or on the promotions T&C. It is very important to note if an item is in backorder status. This means that the item is currently in production. To keep our prices as low as possible, your order containing backorder status will ship when all items are ready. You may however contact us if you require your order to be shipped in separate packages. A fee may apply.

Backdrops, on the other hand, are made to order. We require up to 10 business days for processing and creating these custom items. We can sometimes offer expedited services on backdrops for a modest fee. Just send us a line and we will gladly accommodate your request if at all possible.

Where can I find the tracking number for my order?

Your order will be updated automatically when a tracking number is generated. At this point, you will receive an email message with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder as these messages can sometimes end up there. Its a good idea to add our email address to your safe senders list to avoid missing important emails.

The tracking number can also be found within your PropTrunk.com account. Just log in and look for your order number. You can always contact us if you can’t find it.

Do you ship to Worldwide?

PropTrunk.com ships to the USA and all other countries worldwide. Just select your country and enter your address during check out for a shipping amount. Please verify your address if you do not receive a shipping quote automatically. You can always contact us for a shipping quote.

Which shipping service does PropTrunk.com use?

We’ve always liked supporting the United States Postal Service and their hard working mail personnel. Most orders are shipped via their Priority Mail shipping service. Some orders weighing under one pound may ship via the USPS First Class Mail service. Larger items, like backdrops stands, may ship via UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes we do! for most items. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us prior to placing your order. We will calculate the shipping amount on a case by case basis to meet your shipping requirements.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday with a shipping cutoff time of 2pm EST. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays, unless otherwise coordinated in advance. Please plan accordingly for future events. We will notify you as soon as possible if there is an issue with fulfilling your order. Please keep in mind that there may be delays on certain occasions, mainly during promotions or super sales (ie. black Friday / PBX). Any expected delays are usually posted on promotion details or product pages.

Shipping fees are based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Shipping transit times are not within our control and cant be guaranteed. We make every effort to get your items to you as soon as possible. Some orders may arrive in separate boxes and this may affect shipping rates and times.

Expected processing and shipping times as per the shipping policy above:

  • Props ship the very same business day or next business day unless otherwise noted on the product details page or promotion details.
  • Backdrops may take up to 15 business days to produce unless otherwise noted, plus transit time.
  • Photo Booth Roll Ups and/or X-Banners may take up to 15 days to produce unless otherwise noted, plus transit time.
  • Custom items may take up to 15 business days to produce unless otherwise noted, plus transit time.
  • Back-order items ship as soon as they become available. 

Orders usually ship via USPS priority mail and take approximately 2 to 4 days in transit (within USA) not counting the date the tracking number is created / sent to you (unless its before 2pm EST) or weekends and holidays.

RUSH SERVICE

For rush orders, 2nd day or next day air shipping, or if you need your items for a specific event with a tight time-frame, please contact customer service prior to ordering.

Unless otherwise noted all orders ship via USPS priority mail. Oversize items may ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx.

There may be up to a five day delay during peak seasons for shipping, transit times and processing as listed above, unless otherwise noted. Please read promotion details carefully.

Overnight shipping charges will apply when necessary. Rush service may be unavailable due to seasonal demand, custom items, weather conditions or special promotions.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are via USPS Retail Priority. A 7.5′ x 7.5′ backdrop typically ships for under $20 within the USA. Some oversize items or ‘ship freight’ may incur additional shipping charges.

International orders or orders outside of the continental USA may be subject to extra shipping charges due to size and weight of packages and its destination. We will notify you of any additional shipping costs prior to shipping. You may cancel your order at that time and receive a full refund is you do not agree to any additional shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Please contact our customer service department with any return inquiries.

  • You are responsible to open, verify your order carefully for damages, missing or incorrect items, and inform us in a timely manner.
  • All return or exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • NO refunds for returned items. Due to the nature of our products, we can only offer store credit and replacement items.
  • We will not accept returns for custom items or seasonal items.
  • Restocking fees may apply.
  • Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are returning an item, you must clearly, in large print, mark your package with the RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) you received from us. Unless otherwise noted in writing by one of our representatives, we will refuse your return if the RMA# is not clearly visible on the package.
